The Role

• Overseeing the Maintenance for 3 venues based around Bath,Cirencester and Surrey. with plans for further sites
• To work closely with the onsite maintenance teams,ensuring all of the Maintenance Assistants on site are compliant and keeping to a strict PPM.
• Liaising with all contractors regarding legal compliance as well
• A hybrid role - Head of Health & Safety will be road based approx 2 days per week with 3 days from home. This is not contractual and needs of the business may mean more days on the road.
• Reporting into a strong Head of Operations.

The Requirements

• A strong background overseeing multiple sites.
• Previous background within hotels or Retirement Villages
• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.

• Surrey / Bath / Cirencester
• A regional 'road based' role within the above areas
