About the role

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut's growth across the globe. With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region

Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed

We're looking for a Head of Growth to drive growth across our product suites in UK, Ireland & Nordic markets

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic leadership as a member of our local management team, with a whole-of-business perspective, proactive approach to growing our business, and a consistently positive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Building and leading the Growth team as we expand the range of products and scale our business
  • Driving and monitoring the growth performance
  • Helping our Growth team negotiate key partnerships and vendor contracts locally and regionally, as necessary
  • Working closely with Product Owners of Business & Retail to improve internal growth methods, tools, and results to scale our business
  • Working closely with Operations teams to conceive, fund, and execute campaigns to achieve meaningful customer and revenue growth
  • Ensuring alignment with other markets for region-wide (and global) growth initiatives

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of business experience in B2C Marketing using Through The Line channels to drive acquisition of users
  • Experience in building and leading teams with a willingness to invest in the development of your team members and enable them to deliver on their KPIs
  • Experience in leadership forums which have business-wide impact and responsibilities, with demonstrable leadership presence
  • Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers
  • Excellent academic credentials and demonstrable expansion in responsibilities and impact in your career to date
  • A passion for Revolut and growing our brand
  • Relevant experience in a high-growth, agile environment
  • Stellar relationship building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiation to enabling their execution
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, resource, and time constraints
  • Enthusiasm and a drive for delivering results
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in Experiential or Guerilla Marketing tactics
  • A background in finance or FinTech
