Mandate: Overall Marketing lead accountable for generating demand and leads with data driven strategies and a focus on experimentation.
The role will report directly to the Marketing Director and to succeed will require close collaboration with all Marketing heads as well as the wider Sales & Marketing leadership.
Some of the objectives include:
- Drive-up lead quality to optimize our lead to opportunity conversion rate
- Identify and tap into new growth opportunities by optimizing existing and/or leveraging new marketing channels
- Strengthen our marketing data analytics framework to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower lead acquisition costs and boost engagement
- Develop efficiency metrics and report on acquisition and revenue metrics
- Advise and lead our Social Media strategy across all channels
- Build a scalable acquisition marketing function by optimizing our inbound marketing efforts and conversion rates
- Act as the product owner of the website
- Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and managing budgets
- Collaborate with the content team for inbound traffic optimization
Qualifications
- +10 years of Marketing experience across Digital marketing and Social Media, especially inbound strategy, experimentation and A/B testing, SEO, PPC, website optimization and management
- Experience across B2B and B2C digital campaigns a plus
- Experience of agency relationship management a plus
- Strong analytical and presentation skills required
- Leadership experience minimum 2 years with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Willingness to both lead a team and execute campaigns
- Growth mindset, creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment
