Job Description:

You will lead the growth engine for a market-leading AI platform transforming financial advisory services. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full funnel from awareness to revenue, scaling the user base from 2,000 to 10,000. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on demand generation, partnerships, and building a high-performing team.

What you will do:

• Execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid media, content, events, and strategic industry partnerships.
• Optimize the entire conversion funnel including website performance, demo booking workflows, and the sales handoff process.
• Build, manage, and scale a specialized growth team covering demand gen, content marketing, and field marketing operations.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience in growth or demand generation leadership roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building qualified pipelines rather than just focusing on vanity metrics.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and a "hands-on" mindset, comfortable both setting the strategy and executing the campaigns.
