Salt are exclusively working with a high-growth digital commerce consultancy within the Shopify Plus ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead enterprise-level expansion across strategic accounts, partnerships, and new business channels.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact position responsible for driving revenue growth, securing enterprise partnerships, and building trusted long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen with a deep understanding of eCommerce technology and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the company's business development and growth strategy
* Identify, pursue, and close complex enterprise opportunities in the Shopify ecosystem
* Build and nurture senior-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
* Represent the business at industry events and through thought leadership
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and technology teams
* Provide market insights to inform strategy and uncover emerging opportunities
About You
* Proven track record in business development or growth leadership within eCommerce / Shopify / technology
* Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
* Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
* Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial focus
* Experience securing large-scale enterprise projects or partnerships
* Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital transformation trends
