Working at Stotles
About this Role & Why We're Hiring
It's never been a more exciting time at Stotles. Here's why we're looking for you.
We're hiring a strategic and commercially minded Head of Growth to accelerate our path to market leadership.
Our Head of Growth will play a critical role in driving new revenue and scaling our go-to-market engine. You'll own the growth domain at Stotles: building strategies, leading campaigns, experimenting with new channels and making sure our resources are deployed where they'll have the greatest impact.
This isn't about incremental change. You'll take our strong foundation and turn it into the next phase of growth. That means refining our ICP, scaling our GTM strategy, strengthening our product-led growth engine, and pushing our marketing mix to the next level.
You'll partner closely with Sales and Product, lead a small but talented team and constantly test, learn, and iterate. Above all, you'll bring the strategy and clarity to unlock scale and drive Stotles to the next stage of growth.
Comp Range: £75,000 - £105,000 base plus variable and equity
What You'll Do
Lead our growth strategy and build processes around the following objectives:
- Revenue Growth: own multi-channel acquisition and expansion strategy to increase top of funnel lead generation, sales pipeline and ultimately, revenue.
- Product-Led Growth: drive adoption, activation, and conversion across our platform, working hand in hand with Product.
- Team Development: coach and develop the Growth team to build on capabilities and unlock further potential.
- Campaign Leadership: design and run campaigns end to end from ideation to execution to iteration.
- Channel Mastery: manage, test, and scale channels across paid, organic, partnerships, events, and more.
- Commercial Alignment: create and maintain a tight feedback loop between Growth, Sales, and CS to ensure alignment and enable us to move fast.
- Measurement & Reporting: track ROI across campaigns, budgets, and channels to optimise where we spend and scale.
Who We're Looking For
Experience
- Growth leadership in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up, Series A/B+ company
- Bonus: in sales enablement, public sector or vertical SaaS
- Strong grasp of PLG levers (activation, conversion, expansion)
- Bonus: in a freemium-to-paid model
- Proven experience identifying and scaling new distribution opportunities (including AI-driven channels) while successfully running core growth channels such as PPC, SEO, paid social, content, events, and partnerships. You need to live and breathe ROI here.
- Skilled in Hubspot management, optimisation and multi-channel attribution
- Experience managing and coaching a small, high performing team
- Strong project and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and CS
Mentality
- Commercially driven, motivated by revenue and growth outcomes
- A builder - you're not afraid to break things apart and rebuild them stronger
- Curious and experimental - you love testing, iterating, and learning fast
- Open to feedback and happy to collaborate. Aristotle said 'the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts' and that's how we work at Stotles
- Analytical with a focus on data, ROI, and clear reporting
- Dependable & detail-orientated; deliver on the commitments you make to the team, from the big picture results to the nuanced details
We're looking for someone who's already been on this growth journey and can bring that experience with them from day one. If that's you, and you share our vision, we'd love to hear from you.
