You'll give:

• Spearhead our IT Group Product team with strategic muscle and a collaborative spirit.
• Craft Group Product Strategy and Roadmaps that narrate the future of business success.
• Infuse the product life cycle with your expertise, from overseeing portfolio management to project delivery and operational support.
• Lead Wincanton's IT Group Product team with a transformative mindset
• Align Group Product Strategy and supporting Roadmaps with overarching business outcomes
• Stay ahead of the curve, interpreting IT and related service trends for opportunities of innovation or improvement
• Be the key influencer in strategic planning and enterprise architecture decisions

You will:

Own the entire product lifecycle, including steering, portfolio management, project delivery and operational support.

Manage 3rd party systems performance, ensuring issues arising are robustly investigated, root causes are identified, and fixes are actioned swiftly.

Be responsible for Group Product Strategy and supporting Roadmaps ensuring that they align to business outcomes.

Analyse what opportunities for business innovation or improvement can be created by emerging technologies, services or ITenabled business innovation.

Influence strategic planning and enterprise architecture decisions.

Support IT Sales and Business Development team in preparing customer solutions and Bids.

You will lead RFP processes as necessary and manage the successful change over from existing partners to new vendors as required.

Identify solutions and analyse requirements before acquisition or creation to ensure that they align with enterprise strategic requirements covering business processes, applications, information/data, infrastructure, and services.

Coordinate the review of feasible options with affected stakeholders, including relative costs and benefits, risk analysis, and approval of requirements and proposed solutions

Establish and maintain identified products and services (technology, business processes and workflows) in line with enterprise requirements covering design, development, procurement/sourcing and partnering with vendors.

Expertly manage 3rd part relationships, and drive performance in our vendors. 3rd party supplier management.

Build, test, and maintain all 3rd party systems integrations.

Lead the roadmap to build internal capability to reduce the reliability of 3rd party partners
