This is a key role in driving the financial transformation that is being implemented across Rotork's Group Finance function, as well as delivering a more focused finance operating model to drive commercial performance.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Head of FP&A will be responsible for developing efficient and effective processes as well as developing the generation of insight and analysis to assess performance vs our Growth+ strategy. They will identify business issues; analyse the numbers; and help shape and define targeted actions to deliver overall group performance.

By putting the spotlight on the right things, this role will play a key part in enabling the business to understand what needs to be done to achieve or exceed performance targets.

This role would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant, who has previous experience managing a FP&A Software implementation and is looking for an excellent opportunity to further their career within a Global organisation.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Must be a Qualified Accountant
• Has experience managing an FP&A implementation project (ideally OneStream)
• Knowledge of Power BI and OLAP Cube
• Has worked within a Global or matrix organisation

• Has excellent project management and organisational skills
• Is highly analytical
• Has excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Is performance driven and change focused
