About the Role

Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Creating and leading a high-performance partnerships management organisation that will deliver revenue objectives and support the wider business' growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Creating and leading a high-performance partnerships management organisation that will deliver revenue objectives and support the wider business' growth strategy
  • Work closely with senior management to define the organisation's alliance strategy. Analyse market trends, identify potential partners, and assess the alignment of partner capabilities with the organization's goals. Develop a roadmap for partnership opportunities and establish criteria for selecting and prioritizing potential alliances.
  • Hire, lead, develop, inspire and motivate your team to deliver against regional, global business and team objectives by role modelling world class behaviours and hold self and others to account
  • Deployment of resource into areas of best impact to execute on strategy in particular ensuring that supporting resources are effectively engaged

Requirements

  • Partner identification and relationship building: identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, complementary capabilities, and shared objectives. Establish and nurture effective, data-driven collaborative relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite and other senior executives in these organizations. Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals, identify areas of mutual benefit, and create value propositions for joint initiatives
  • Negotiation and contract management: lead and coach direct reports through complex negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Define the terms and conditions of the partnership, including responsibilities, objectives, and financial arrangements. Liaise with ICIS Legal department to ensure that contracts are drafted and executed, and that all parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables are met
  • Internal communication: display excellent communication skills and ability to influence people across multiple disciplines within ICIS using data-driven arguments to ensure successful outcomes . Curious and willing to ask questions to challenge the status quo to provide improved customer, employee and business outcomes
  • Partner management: Once alliances are formed, oversee the ongoing management of these partnerships. Establish governance structures, communication channels, and performance metrics to monitor the success of the alliances and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships team ongoing management. Facilitate regular meetings and collaboration between partner organizations, ensuring that both parties are fulfilling their obligations and driving value from the partnership
  • Business development and revenue generation: work with partners to identify and pursue joint business opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for joint offerings and drive revenue growth. Track and report on the financial impact of alliances, measuring key performance indicators such as revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition
  • Relationship maintenance and expansion: continuously nurture and strengthen relationships with partners. Proactively identify new opportunities for collaboration, expansion, and innovation. Engage with partners to resolve any team escalations or conflicts that may arise, ensuring that the partnership remains productive and mutually beneficial
  • Market research and analysis: stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research, gather data, and analyse market intelligence to identify potential partnership opportunities and to understand the impact of alliances on the organization's growth strategy
  • Coaching and development: responsible for executing coaching framework and measuring growth for continued success. This includes devising individual coaching plans for each direct report and ensuring continuous improvement for exceptional customer experience and reputation
