This is a role for a senior fraud product leader who wants to be part of flat-structure organisation and influence the design & development of a green-field initiative with a global remit.
Job Responsibilities

  • You will lead the 1st line of defence for fraud
  • You will define the strategies and principles that protect the business and its customers from fraud
  • You will assemble and lead product, analytics and engineering teams to build the technology and capabilities that help us monitor, detect and prevent fraud
  • You will identify, analyse and integrate with relevant vendors, building and maintaining these relationships
  • You will guide product, design and engineering teams to build customer journeys that help the business address fraud and enable our customers to self-serve
  • You will work with our lines of defence to ensure models, rulesets and strategies are effective and compliant
  • You will define processes and best practice that help the fraud function deliver the needs of the business at scale
  • You will share this best practice and subject matter expertise with colleagues across the firm

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
We'd like you to have deep experience in fraud design and development, both as a lead and as an individual contributor. In particular:

  • Experience of fraud product strategy, delivery and management
  • Experience implementing fraud monitoring, detection & prevention tooling
  • Experience implementing authentication tools
  • Experience working with vendors, including evaluation of their product offering and consequent integration
  • Experience working with engineering teams
  • Strong awareness of technologies and trends, both from a threat and counter-threat perspective
  • Experience in banking or a regulated industry is a bonus

  • A desire to analyse and solve hard problems with innovative solutions
