Your Mission

As Head of FP&A, you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insight-driven financial planning and analysis to support decision-making. You will also oversee the finance operations function, ensuring that billing, invoicing, and statutory reporting are executed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Things you will be working on...

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.
  • Design and implement financial dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare board and investor reports, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.

Finance Operations & Compliance

  • Be accountable for the smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management to support growth initiatives

You will love this role if you have...

  • Worked in management consulting, investment banking, or in accountancy in one of the big 4. In addition to this you'll have worked in a high growth startup environment.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and experience with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing across functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and advanced Excel skills.

You will not love this role if you...

  • Aren't comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable.
  • Like maintaining the status-quo and aren't willing to think outside the box.
  • Like a lot of structure and processes, we are a start-up and are still working things out and we don't always know what's next.
  • Are not comfortable with ambiguity, we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out.
  • Wait for others to step up, or to be told what to do. We are a high-performance and high-reward work place and are looking for people who are proactive.

Competitive base salary + equity, so you own what you build
