The job at a glance

The Head of FP&A will own financial forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We are seeking a commercially-minded accountant with expertise in financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and enhance business performance, supporting continued growth. This role will report to the Finance Director and lead a small team.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful reporting to the leadership team, Board and investors.
• Own all financial forecasting, including the annual budget and long-term plan.
• Support the delivery of business objectives through distinctive business partnering, providing insightful reporting and analysis and contributing to key decisions.
• Own commercial finance analysis including business cases, investment appraisals and pricing decisions.
• Provide leadership and drive standards across Finance and the wider business as it continues to grow at pace.

What you'll bring

• Experience of working in commercially-focused roles and in fast-paced environments, with a demonstrable record of delivery.
• You'll be great with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience of Power BI beneficial.
• Someone who is diligent, naturally curious and has great attention to detail.
• Qualified accountant.
• Previous line management experience.
