The English Faculty is a strong team offive teachers including a Progress Tutor who focuses on intervention. Thefaculty follows the AQA GCSE specification and has a well-established andhigh-quality resourced curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an exciting opportunity for anenthusiastic colleague to join and lead this motivated team. We are looking fora committed, proactive and hardworking Head of Faculty, with excellent subjectknowledge and a sense of passion for English that can be communicatedeffectively to inspire children and staff alike. The successful candidate willbe required to teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. As a facultyleader, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic direction ofthe school through the extended leadership team.
