Our product roadmap is split into key product work streams, and as a product manager you will be leading the success of one of. these.
We are looking for self-motivated candidate from a STEM background, who is committed to help Taskize grow its solution globally. The role is hands-on and whilst you will be required to define the strategy for your work stream you're also required to be able to write detailed user stories and product specifications. Candidates who possess solid analytical skills, are able to work independently to tight deadlines, have excellent communication, written and advanced stakeholder management skills will be successful in this role.
You will be working within the Product Management function that works closely across our sales, delivery and in particular our engineering teams which are based in London and EU locations. The role is open to remote working, although our offices are in the heart of the City of London, near Liverpool Street and we encourage office presence where possible.

Your mission
- Create and champion your product works stream's strategy and roadmap ensuring it aligns with company vision, strategy, and business goals.
- Partner across Engineering and with the Management team to deliver value driven features to delight our customers
- Get simple and complex things done to drive organizational-wide impact
- Balance short-term, incremental improvements with long-term, game-changing initiatives.
- Engage with our critical clients, understand their business and how our product can improve their processes
- Work effectively in fast-paced, ever-changing, growth-stage organizations
Who we are looking for
- Have 5+ years experience working in a Product Manager role within the Financial services industry (either within banking or capital markets technology firms). Prior experience in an analysis or engineering role is also desired.
- Have experience creating solutions from conception through to launch and working with cross-functional teams developing web-based products and services
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Success
- Competent at supporting our Engineering teams on the following:

- Analysis, definition and documentation of business and functional requirements
- Translating business requirements into specifications and and user stories so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Supporting and reviewing the Engineering team's delivery of these stories and work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
- Run product workshops (internally or with clients) to identify pain points and gain valuable insights to make better solutions
- Work with the analytics and research resources available to find actionable insights and make product recommendations
- Work with remote team members and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and SDLC will be an advantage
