Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for sustainability and community service? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Service, Environment & Building Services to shape the future of our community and drive positive change in one of Scotland's most beautiful regions.
As Head of Service, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies, creating sustainable services that focus on local need. You will lead a large and diverse team who deliver high quality front-line services across Fife through the management of Greenspace, Building Services, Waste Operations, Street Cleansing and Fleet Services. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and community engagement.

The Person
We are looking for a visionary leader with significant experience in a senior management role, ideally with a working knowledge of the construction industry. Educated to degree level you will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful change management and service leadership.
