Job Description:
Lead engineering strategy and execution for a rapidly scaling data intelligence platform. You'll build a world-class team, shape the product roadmap, and drive critical technical decisions. This hands-on role requires a leader passionate about data, AI, and building resilient, scalable systems with a genuine social purpose.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the technical strategy, owning solution design and architecture for applications and Azure infrastructure
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Partner with product leadership to align the roadmap, guide build/buy/partner decisions, and ensure robust delivery

The ideal candidate:

• Proven engineering leader with hands-on curiosity, comfortable fixing bugs and advising on architectural design
• Deep expertise in .NET/C#, SQL Server, API development, and Azure cloud deployments with a strong focus on data
• Experience in a senior role at a scaling SaaS company, with a track record of building data-centric products and ensuring compliance (ISO27001/SOC2)
