  • University and Professional Development Centre - Bury St Edmunds
  • 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £48,660 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled manager to take on the role of Head of Engineering Apprenticeships and Higher Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of our Engineering and Motor Vehicle apprenticeship and higher education provision.

With a proven track record in managing apprenticeship and HE programmes, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and alignment with industry standards. Your leadership will drive the success of our team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in student outcomes.

Applicants must have demonstratable management experience, including managing apprenticeship provision and HE programmes. A background in Engineering or Motor Vehicle disciplines is essential, with technical expertise to support both staff and students in these fields.
