This newly created role, sits within the Central People Services function, who serve a key role in providing HR services to our group divisions. Due to ongoing growth and success across our businesses, our department is evolving to support the future needs of the organisation.

With Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at the forefront of the agender, we're now hiring for a strategic and enthusiastic Head of DE&I to take the leading role in developing and embedding a comprehensive DE&I strategy, which aligns with the company's values, business objectives, and industry best practices.

You'll have the platform to bring visible and vocal advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Group and champion initiatives that drive cultural change and promote a sense of belonging for all employees.

As the Head of DE&I your key objectives will be:

  • To own and develop the Group's D&I strategy and related policies, systems and initiatives
  • To lead and promote the work that is being done across the business on diversity, equality and inclusion
  • To foster a culture of belonging supporting the recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse talent
  • Implement quantifiable metrics to measure success

What you'll bring?

  • Knowledge : you are a DE&I subject matter expert and have a fundamental belief in the importance and benefits of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Key Skills: Strategic Development, Leadership & Advocacy, Program Development, Metrics & Reporting, Collaboration & Partnership, External Engagement
  • High Level of Communication Skills: you have a high level of analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Influencing: you've proven your ability to influence and inspire at all levels and across diverse stakeholder groups, including Board level
  • Change Management : you have the a bility to navigate and lead through organisational change, particularly in the context of a rapidly growing business
  • Results-Driven: you're driven by success and have a proven record of delivering stretching targets with drive and resilience
