This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Digital to join our London Clients & Marketing team, to be the driving force behind Carter Jonas's digital presence and performance. This is a pivotal role requiring a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on delivery. You will ensure our digital ecosystem - from our website to our multi-channel campaigns - is streamlined, high-performing, and fully aligned with our business goals and five-year business plan, Vision 2030.

You will report into the Marketing Director and work closely with the Head of Marketing (B2C), Head of Marketing (B2B), Head of Design, and Communications Manager, ensuring integrated planning and consistent delivery. You will also collaborate and align with peers across Research, Client Development, and Bid Management, connecting digital activity to sector insight, client plans and pursuit priorities.
Based in our HQ One Chapel Place, close to both Bond Street and Oxford Circus, you will be based in a prime West End location. We offer a highly competitive salary and a fantastic, flexible benefits package, giving you the freedom to choose options that suit your personal circumstances - from buying extra leave to health cash plans and a cycle to work scheme. We also welcome applications from those seeking flexible or agile working arrangements; this can be discussed at the application stage.
