Job Description:
Fanvue is a rapidly scaling creator platform that recently surpassed $100M+ ARR with triple-digit year-on-year growth. As Head of Design, you will own the end-to-end design vision, lead the rollout of a world-class design system, and integrate AI into the product experience to redefine how creators engage with global audiences at scale.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the end-to-end design strategy across all products, elevating the UI to a sophisticated, mature aesthetic
• Partner with Engineering to roll out a scalable, world-class design system that improves consistency and shipping velocity
• Lead by example as a player-coach, mentoring a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with high-impact UX flows and AI features

• Proven leadership experience building and mentoring design teams within fast-moving, high-growth startup environments
