Optime are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead the launch and roll-out of our new tech platform. This platform is designed to provide our clients with flexible scheduling capabilities while empowering our temp workers to pick and choose hours that suit their lifestyle. This role is pivotal to the success of our new initiative and represents a significant growth opportunity for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and roll-out of the new tech platform for our key aviation client.
• Oversee the scheduling and deployment of staff to optimise operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets both client and internal goals.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment on objectives.
• Drive the project forward with energy and momentum, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Monitor and report on the platform's performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the platform.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in airport operations, with a proven track record of leading large teams.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise staff deployment to maximise efficiencies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance and achieve both client and internal objectives.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to drive results forward at a fast pace.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
