This is a uniqueopportunity to shape the future of Maths education at Prince Albert High School andmake a lasting impact on our students and wider community. As Head of Department, you willlead a committed team of teachers, drive academic excellence across Key Stages3-5, and play a key role in developing a high-performing sixth form curriculum.You will be joining us in our fourth year since opening, with the opportunityto influence and embed a culture of high expectations and achievement.

What We're Looking For

As we expand to include Key Stage 5, we are looking for a passionate and visionary leader who can deliver exceptional outcomes and inspire a culture of excellence across the Maths curriculum. We are seeking an energetic andcommitted Head of Department who:

• Has a proven track record of securing strong academic outcomes.
• Can lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning from KS3 through to KS5.
• Is excited by the opportunity to build and lead a sixth form Maths curriculum from the ground up.
• Shares our belief that education can transform lives and communities.
