We have carved out a bespoke, robust and long-term programme of support to ensure you are empowered to build a top-performing Maths team.
School Based Support:
Dedicated, regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions with a member of the Miltoncross Senior Leadership Team. This provides you with direct operational guidance, strategic advice and a supportive sounding board right here on-site as you navigate your new responsibilities.
Trust-Wide Collaboration:
Ongoing strategic and operational leadership support from a collection of experienced leaders across Kemnal.
Induction & Mentoring:
A comprehensive, structured induction programme paired with regular mentoring and/or coaching from our Trust lead for Maths.
T&L and Pedagogy Support:
Access to hands-on, direct support with teaching, learning and curriculum design from Kemnal's subject specialists and Regional Directors.
