Head of Department Early Years and Education

The purpose of this role is to lead and inspire the department to provide excellent teaching and learning resulting in outstanding results and outcomes for our students.

Full time or 0.8 hours considered

The post holder will be a Head of Department, as part of the directorate of Health, Education and Wellbeing led by the Assistant Principal. You will be accountable for the success of the Early Years and Education Curriculum, including study programmes, adults and apprenticeships, measured through high quality teaching and learning, high success rates, student satisfaction surveys, employer engagement and high levels of progression to further study, higher education or employment.

The post holder will work with other department heads to deliver continuous improvement, share practice and deliver projects where required.
