The role:
Coople is continuing to evolve and scale our technology offering, and we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and communicate the value of our platform to the world. You'll play a key role in bringing product initiatives to market, creating compelling messaging, and supporting cross-functional teams with the insights and tools they need to succeed.
This is a highly collaborative role, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. You'll help ensure that what we build connects with what the market needs-and that our story is clearly told at every stage of the customer journey.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Help define and deliver product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Coople's platform to customers and users.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) that inform marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and usage data reviews to understand user needs and inform positioning and product decisions.
- Support go-to-market plans for product launches and feature rollouts, coordinating messaging and execution across teams.
- Carry out competitive research to help differentiate Coople and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to create enablement tools, messaging frameworks, and collateral that support commercial success.
- Help monitor and report on product marketing KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
What we'll expect from you:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years' experience in product marketing, particularly in environments where digital interfaces play a central role in driving user engagement. The ideal candidate will have specific skills and knowledge in the following areas:
- 2-4 years' experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech business.
- A track record of translating product features into compelling customer benefits across various formats (e.g., messaging guides, landing pages, one-pagers).
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Comfortable conducting basic customer and market research, and using data to inform messaging or content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as German or French
- Bachelor's degree required.
