  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics, and assess their potential impact on our data strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise data infrastructure and drive innovation in data engineering practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data engineering best practices and contribute to the development of data governance policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering data engineering solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices, with experience working in agile development environments
