As Head of Customer Collaboration, what will you be doing?
Strategic Customer Partnership & Retailer Engagement
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with major retailers, acting as the primary liaison to drive collaboration initiatives.
- Align business objectives with key customers to enhance service levels, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimise supply chain efficiency.
- Lead joint business planning sessions with senior commercial and supply chain teams (Customer Account Managers, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, etc) to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
End-to-End Supply Chain Optimisation
- Work closely with internal supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to improve demand planning, inventory management, and on-shelf availability.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging insights from retailer and internal analytics to enhance supply chain responsiveness and agility.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, lower costs, and increase efficiency across the supply chain.
Collaboration & Innovation in Customer Solutions
- Lead the development of innovative customer collaboration programmes that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and mutual profitability.
- Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve forecasting, order accuracy, and customer service levels.
- Act as a thought leader within the industry, representing the company in retailer forums, industry events, and cross-functional working groups to drive best practices in customer collaboration.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Senior-Level Experience in CPG - Proven experience in a senior customer-facing role within the consumer packaged goods industry, ideally in snacks or food manufacturing.
- Leadership & Collaboration - Strong leadership skills to inspire teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Retail & Customer Management Expertise - Deep understanding of retail dynamics, category management, merchandising, and promotional strategies, with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking - Ability to develop and execute strategic customer collaboration initiatives, leveraging data analysis to inform decisions.
- Project Management & Adaptability - Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving market.
