Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of CRM Campaign Management to oversee our customer engagement strategy.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and maximize business impact.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven campaigns, ensuring personalized and seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with commercial teams to ensure that their briefs are understood, prioritised, and efficiently planned for the potential return
  • Supporting the development of strategic approaches to answer commercial briefs, presenting to senior level colleagues to gain buy in
  • Delivering and executing personalised marketing to engage, retain and win back customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us
  • Enhancing our targeting and creative technology to deliver a top tier customer customer experience across all channels
  • Reporting on campaigns findings and taking action to course correct as needed to achieve our strategic goals
  • Initiating and refining processes to ensure accurate customer communications, while collaborating with our Safer Gambling team
  • Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that resource is deployed to meet their needs.
  • Working closely with our Head of CRM Strategy, deliver journeys & communications that add value to our customers

  • Work in dynamic matrix environments with an ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Technical knowledge of databases, HTML, JAVA & Adobe Campaign/ESPs
  • Translate requirements into data, creative and activity briefs, ensuring clear communication between teams
