Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Creative and Content to come and join our global business.

Reporting directly into the VP of Brand & Marketing, and working collaboratively with the Head of

Media, Omni Media teams, Product Team, Social Media Team, Creative Agencies, and Data Analytics team, you will be accountable for driving the development and execution of creative and content strategies to elevate Fresha's brand, engage our target audience, and support our marketing and business goals.

What you will be doing

    • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals. Ensure that all creative work supports the broader business and marketing strategies.
    • Content Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of world class content strategy that drives brand engagement and delivers value to our audience. This includes overseeing content production, content calendars, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
    • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Fresha's brand voice and identity across all content and creative materials. Ensure consistency and coherence in all brand communications.
    • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and leadership for all content and design projects. Guide the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and content creators. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment and provide mentorship and development opportunities.
    • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, articles, and other digital assets. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms.
    • Agency Management: Leverage your agency background to manage relationships with external creative agencies and freelancers. Negotiate contracts, set clear expectations, and ensure that agency deliverables meet Fresha's standards and objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Media and Omni Media to ensure creative and content strategies are integrated with broader media plans and cohesive cross-channel campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, product, and social media teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
    • Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative and content. Continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance Fresha's content and creative strategies.
    • Team Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure that content and creative strategies are seamlessly integrated with overall marketing and business initiatives.

What we are looking for

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, and brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A background in agency work is highly preferred.
    • Creative Strategy: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive creative strategies that drive brand engagement and support business objectives.
    • Content Creation: Extensive experience in creating compelling content across various formats and platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Brand Management: Proven ability to maintain and enhance brand identity and voice through creative and content initiatives.
    • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and inspiring creative teams. Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Agency Management: Experience in managing relationships with external creative agencies and freelancers, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including social, Media & omni teams, to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts.
    • Innovation & Trends: Deep understanding of current creative and content trends, technologies, and best practices, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry developments.

    • Screen Call - Video call with Talent Team (30 minutes)
    • 1st Stage - In person with VP of Marketing and Chief People Officer (60-90 minutes)
    • Final Stage - In person presentation with Leadership Team (90 minutes)
