We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our growing team of 120+ conveyancing professionals in the heart of Manchester.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our conveyancing team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Conveyancing (Manchester)

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of conveyancing professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service to clients
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing centre, including workload management, resource allocation and process optimisation
• Ensure a consistent approach in process across all teams in line with agreed company structure and strategy
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the conveyancing team
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for senior management.

Experience required for being Head of Conveyancing (Manchester)

• Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a conveyancing or legal environment
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to fulfil their potential to deliver results with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients
