Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Communications to join the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). In this role, you and your team will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives primarily targeting KPMG teams globally, while also executing engaging internal communication plans for KDN team members. Your focus will be on conveying KDN's value and momentum to KPMG senior stakeholders and member firms, and a key success factor will be identifying core messages that can be consistently leveraged across all channels to engage multiple audiences.
How you will make your mark
• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with and promotes KDN's and KPMG's overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Identify key stakeholder groups to map and assess their influence and interests, developing tailored communication and engagement strategies to manage their relationships.
• Identify and develop core messages that can be consistently leveraged across all channels to appeal to multiple audiences.
• Support KDN HR in enhancing KDN's brand and employee value proposition to attract top talent.
• Partner with other KDN and KPMG teams to manage all aspects of internal and external communications, including media and public relations, member firm relations, and employee communications.
• Oversee the creation and execution of activities and cross-functional content that highlight KDN's value to KPMG member firms as well as highlight new services and features.
• Identify, develop and widely leverage KPMG member firm success stories and testimonials to enhance KDN adoption.
• Manage the expansion and maintenance of KDN's digital portal content for employees and KPMG member firm customers, ensuring it contains highly relevant, well-organized information.
• Lead KDN's participation in major events attended by KPMG global, regional, and member firm leaders, ensuring impactful presence and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with KDN leaders to provide strategic counsel, understand needs, and drive consistency in messages.
• Partner closely with KPMG Global communications to maintain alignment with global standards and best practice, and to identify channel partnership opportunities.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leading practices in communications.

• Proven experience in senior marketing or communication roles (including in a leadership role), preferably within a global professional services or consulting firm.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and KPMG teams globally.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth.
• Flexibility to work hours to accommodate global time zones as necessary.
• This position requires a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
