We have an exceptional opportunity for an inspiring leader to join us as a Head of Commercial Partnerships for our Home Services Team. You will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships, financial performance and strategic growth across Life Insurance, Travel Insurance, Business Insurance, Niche Insurance & Mortgages.
CtM is obsessive about delivering good outcomes for customers and there is relentless focus on driving excellence. This is a critical role where you will own and deliver ambitious growth strategies for our Home Services verticals, building deep strategic partnerships and maximising our commercial performance to new levels.

You'll:

• Have a proven track record of success in a similar role, ideally within the insurance sector.
• Be a commercial expert, with demonstratable understanding of building and running successful partnerships.
• Be a strategic thinker, commercially astute with a clear understanding of the market and a proven ability to create and drive strategy using market insights and commercial data.
• Have a proven track record in hiring & developing high performing, diverse and inclusive teams within a matrix environment.
• Have experience of working with digital teams to deliver ambitious growth strategies at pace.
• Have a positive energy, be highly resilient and hold strong influencing skills.
