About this Role
• Alongside the Head of Cohort -ABA, take a strategic lead in the quality assurance of education at ForestBridge School. Bringing together all evidence to evaluate quality andconsistency across cohorts.
• Provide strategic leadershipfor the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the curriculum andteaching across the cohorts, ensuring alignment with school ethos, safeguardingexpectations, and an evidence informed approach.
• Quality assure that theschool's teaching and curriculum remains fun, functional and promotesmeaningful outcomes.
• Act as the go to person forcurriculum leads across the school.
• Support the day-to-day runningof the teaching provision alongside other members of SLT, ensuring effectivesystems, appropriate deployment, and consistent practice across learningenvironments.
• Support the delivery of high-qualitytraining for staff through collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team,ensuring training translates into consistent practice.
• Provide weekly mentorship andsupport to middle leaders including professional development and pastoralsupport.
• Contribute to induction,coaching and performance development systems that strengthen staff confidence,competence, and retention.
• Provide leadership and support to curriculumleads, strengthening consistency, professional development, and implementationof the curriculum.
