About the Role:

As Head of Channel, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company's channel sales function, building relationships with key partners, and leading a team of Channel Managers. You'll be instrumental in expanding market presence through strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring that partners are fully equipped to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales leadership, experience in selling cyber security services, and a proven track record in acquiring and managing large-scale partners. With a clear pathway for career progression and the backing of a business experiencing rapid expansion, this role offers significant potential for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Channel Managers, driving performance and ensuring targets are met.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Implement best practices for partner enablement, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to successfully sell cyber security services.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise partner success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to strengthen the channel function.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in channel sales leadership, preferably within the cyber security or technology sector.
  • A successful track record of selling security services, such as managed security, consultancy, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-value partnerships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in growing and developing sales teams.
  • Commercially astute with strategic planning expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
