| Salary £73,580 - £80,468 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week |

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving transformation? Lancashire County Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Change to lead our ambitious change agenda.

As the Head of Change, you will:

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects across the council.
• Develop and implement change strategies that align within our corporate portfolio.
• Collaborate and influence with stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives to ensure they deliver the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Drive the delivery of our Change Portfolio, supporting political and executive leadership.
• Visionary: Develop a compelling vision for change and the resources to achieve it.
• Collaborative: Supporting and motivating senior leadership teams to achieve Change Portfolio outcomes.
• Innovation: Leading and developing the change service as a high-quality internal consultancy with a range of change capabilities.

About You:

• Proven experience in leading and managing change in a complex organisation.
• Have a deep understanding of local government and the challenges faced.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change.
