About the Role
As the Head ofHead of Catering and Hospitality, you will lead a substantial operation spanning four campuses. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing numerous retail outlets and a broad portfolio encompassing internal and external events, delegate conferences, day meetings, dinners and reputational events such aslike Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies and various University Executive Team led events.

This role calls for an innovative senior leader who is enthusiasticabout delivering sustainable, high-quality offerings with exceptional service standards. The ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is paramount.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a senior catering management role with a commitment to elevated service standards, demonstrable leadership and exceptional customer focus with adept communication across all levels. Previous success in managing large teams and operations within a complex, multisite organisation and knowledge of sector trends isessential. Finally, you will need to showcase sound financial expertise, a passion for delivering outstanding food and service, and robust adherence to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety protocols.
