Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented Quality Manager with a passion for IT Quality Management Systems and IT Compliance, with a strong background in Agile coaching. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality while fostering an Agile mindset across multicultural teams. You've a customer-centered approach and aspire to continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
The objective of this role is to contribute to the management of the IT QMS and the IT Compliance.
More specifically, You will:
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of processes.
- Monitor the process, collect their KPI and contribute to the achievement of their objectives.
- Contribute to the management of the Quality, the Security, and the Compliance of the IS Coaches the teams.
- Coach the IT teams.
What it Takes:
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum B2 level in English.
- Strong knowledge of IS processes and certification principles.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
