We're looking for anexperienced and inspiring Head of Business Studies to lead the subject acrossKey Stages 4 and 5, shaping an ambitious, knowledge-richcurriculum and nurturing a deep curiosity about the subject that endures wellbeyond school. • Demonstrates inclusive practiceand strong behaviour routines that help every learner feel safe, challenged andsuccessful.
• Can lead through others; settingvision, modelling great pedagogy and developing colleagues.
