As the Head of Business Operations, you'll drive strategic initiatives, implement new business fields, and champion decarbonization efforts. Your day will be filled with collaborating across teams, leading change management, and fostering innovation to propel Siemens Energy's mission forward.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and implement strategic project road-maps aligned with Gas Services Fleet@theHeart strategy
• Develop and implement new business revenue streams and decarbonization initiatives
• Lead energy transition and sustainability topics for the business
• Champion process management, digitisation, and automation to drive simplification and productivity

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology
• Proven track record in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience leading business functions and delivering strategic business and continuous improvement programs
• Ability to cultivate successful internal and external customer relationships
