For our team in London or Zurich we are looking for a

Head Business Development & Sales

Your main tasks:

• Lead the Business Development & Sales team as a player-coach, including mentoring and setting targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial agreements.
• Drive new client acquisition through targeted networking and relationship management.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase market share and achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure objectives are met.
• Take ownership of sales initiatives, including target setting, execution, and KPI measurement.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.

Your competencies:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the banking or financial industry, preferably in fund sales or financial services.
• Strong expertise in fund distribution, including regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in English. Any additional language is an advantage.
