With a solid reputation as a stable and forward-thinking employer, they are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business / General Manager to lead one of their flagship sites.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the strategic growth of a multi-brand dealership, overseeing both new and used car operations. As the Head of Business, you will play a key leadership role in driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a divisional site representing 2-3 modern automotive brands.
- Drive overall business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.
- Champion customer excellence and ensure an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
- Inspire, develop, and empower a team of passionate automotive professionals.
- Act as a brand ambassador and establish strong relationships within the local community.
- Maintain full ownership of the site's P&L and ensure commercial effectiveness within a PLC environment.

Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to £70,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000+ (including performance-related bonus)
