Turtl is a London-based B2B SaaS company. Founded in 2015, we have grown to 400+ customers and 100+ team members. Initially bootstrapped and later angel-funded, we completed a successful Series A round with Octopus Ventures in late 2021.

Our mission is to put performance at the heart of every online document. We do this by providing a market-leading content platform based on the psychology of how we read, backed by intuitive authoring tools, market-leading analytics and patented personalization capabilities. The documents our customers produce on our platform cover a wide range of use cases - from thought leadership to proposals and from case studies to partner comms - and have been independently proven to engage readers for up to 10x longer than the available alternatives, such as PDF.

THE ROLE

As our Head of Brand Creative, you will be the creative maestro driving our brand You will play a crucial role in creating campaigns that deliver outstanding results. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will manage our creative output, develop brand and social content, and execute campaigns that resonate with our customers and target audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Brand identity: Help transform the Turtl brand into a distinctive and inspiring challenger brand
  • Creative execution: Lead the execution of our creative work, ensuring that work is creatively differentiated and visually engaging
  • Brand campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that capture the magic of the future Turtl brand
  • Design leadership: Help democratise design across the marketing department by creating templates and delivering training on design fundamentals
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging social content to educate and entertain our audience about the market about the benefits of adopting Turtl
  • Budget & freelance management : Manage and optimize our creative budget and manage work with network of freelancers
  • Collaboration: Work closely with demand gen, product marketing, and the operations to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead: lead a small creative team, protect and promote team wellbeing and drive sustainable high performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record of creative excellence across such fields as branding, advertising, entertainment, media and tech
  • Portfolio: A dynamic creative portfolio packed full of ad, media and creative collateral that demonstrates a strong understanding of creativity
  • Skills: Have the ability to flex various outputs with your strong technical ability that spans across creative design, Figma and the usual suspects in the Adobe package
  • Ideation: The ability to be able to create extraordinary ideas and communicate them compellingly
  • Expertise: A strong level of knowledge, skills and experience across design, art direction, strategy
  • Strategic creative thinker: Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive results
  • Data/Insight Skills: Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to unearth creative insights that inspire amazing work
  • Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Audience Focused: Genuine passion for understanding audiences and enhancing creative output.
