Head of Assets, Repairs and Compliance

Salary: (Band I) £71,193 - £82,275 per annum

Permanent Contract

37 Hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and committed individual to drive forward our Housing Assets, Repairs and Compliance service.

You'll lead the team and work with key stakeholders and senior leader peers to promote a positive and collaborative culture that enables seamless service delivery, innovation and an exceptional customer experience that is felt by our customers.

To be successful in this role you will need an extensive track record of success in a senior management role within housing assets management and repairs services. You will have strategic and operational budget and contract management experience reflecting the scale and complexity of our services, being able to manage and deliver service improvements whilst achieving efficiency and excellent customer service. You'll have an extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework within which our services work, with a particular focus on compliance and residents' safety. You will also be able to build strong and effective partnership, both internally and externally.

Ideally you will hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, MCIOB, MCABE) but other achievements / qualifications will be considered alongside a relevant management qualification.
