To support this ambition, we are creating a senior leadership role responsible for developing and delivering our AI strategy and roadmap. This role will work across the Group to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, guide implementation, and ensure that AI becomes a core capability within our organisation.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and assess how AI is currently being used across the Group.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the Group's AI strategy, including the required budget, resources, and governance framework.
• Develop and maintain a global AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead AI-related change management, ensuring successful adoption of AI capabilities across the organisation.
• Oversee the delivery of approved AI initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
• Measure and report the productivity gains, operational impact, and cost efficiencies generated by implemented AI solutions.
• Ensure all AI deployments comply with relevant legal, regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards across all operating jurisdictions.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights on AI initiatives to the Group Board and executive leadership team.
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to evaluate their potential value for the Group.

Qualifications

• Exposure to AI in a strategic or applied context - whether via AI-focused consulting engagements or driving AI adoption within a global organisation.
• Previous experience of leading the implementation of an AI strategy across multiple countries
• Strong experience in capability building, digital adoption or change management
• Excellent communicator and trainer; able to simplify complex concepts
• Experience partnering across functions (IT, L&D, analytics, business/sales teams)
• Understanding of AI value levers, operating models and organisational enablers

Ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following or a related field:

• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Engineering
• Business Administration
• Artificial Intelligence or related discipline
