ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of AdTech to join our team. This is a pivotal new role at LeoVegas, where you will be responsible for leading the AdTech team and driving our digital marketing technology strategy. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Director and play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing capabilities through cutting-edge technology solutions.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Lead and manage the AdTech team to deliver innovative and effective advertising technology solutions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive AdTech strategy that aligns with LeoVegas' overall digital marketing goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate new advertising technologies and platforms to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including marketing, product & technology, and data teams.
• Define and create new processes and ways of working to improve the effectiveness of the AdTech team.
• Analyse and optimise existing ad tech solutions to maximise performance and ROI.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the digital marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in advertising technology to keep LeoVegas at the forefront of innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, demonstrating a high degree of self-sufficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience in a similar AdTech leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of advertising technologies, data management platforms, DSPs, SSPs, MMPs and DCOs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-sufficient and proactive problem solver with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing new processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the AdTech space.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
