Head of Account Management
Location:
UK - Remote (with regular engagement across key client sites)
The Company:

* Trusted by Tier 1 Contractors and major Asset Owners across large-scale infrastructure programmes
* Supports delivery teams across complex, multi-year projects through data-driven, cloud-based platforms
* Known for deep industry understanding, long-term partnerships and a strong land-and-expand commercial model
The Role:
* Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across Tier 1 Contractors and Asset Owners
* Operate as a player-coach: ~75% hands-on account ownership and expansion, ~25% leadership and mentoring
* Drive net revenue retention through strategic account planning, upsell and cross-sell initiatives
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to uncover new opportunities within existing client organisations
* Act as a commercial and industry-facing ambassador, deeply understanding client pain points and value drivers
The Requirements:
* Proven experience selling or managing enterprise accounts within construction technology / ConTech
* Strong track record working with Tier 1 Contractors and/or Asset Owners on complex programmes
* Experience operating within a land-and-expand account model
* Comfortable in a senior, client-facing role - able to win, grow and retain business personally
* Background may include Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or a hybrid commercial role
* Exposure to digital construction platforms (e.g. CDEs, digital delivery, project controls, asset data, reality capture or digital twins) is highly desirable
