  • West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £36,501 per annum - £38,880 per annum

We are seeking an individual to effectively manage the Access to HE curriculum by co-ordinating the operational activities of a team of tutors. This role with oversee all aspects of Access to HE and other commercially commissioned work, and ensure that the quality of all recruitment, training, assessment, and overall delivery needs meet contract, budgetary, and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate established managerial experience, sound organisational and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and growth. Previous experience with budget management and working with in an educational setting would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
