About The Role

We are looking for a Trust and Tax Manager who will be working in our Trust and Tax team in Cheltenham, which sits within our large and nationally recognised private client team.

We're one of the most respected, growing legal firms in the country, and our Private Client team particularly excel in looking after high net worth clients to include owner managed businesses and large clients offering a broad and varied workload.

On a day to day basis you will:

• manage the day to day administration of trusts, liaising as necessary with other professional advisors, trustees and beneficiaries.
• prepare annual trust accounts, tax returns and R185s together with inheritance tax returns as appropriate.
• prepare estate accounts and deal with estate income tax reporting.
• deal with TRS registration and CGT returns on residential property sales.
