Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for a Guidewire Test Manager to join our inclusive and collaborative team.

As a Guidewire Test Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business objectives and technology roadmap. You will also establish clear metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of testing efforts, driving data-driven decision-making.

In this Guidewire Test Manager role, you can expect to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business objectives and technology roadmap
• Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness while staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Guide innovation and experimentation in testing methodologies, keeping the organisation at the forefront of testing practices and technologies
• Collaborate with senior management to communicate testing strategies, progress, and achievements and contribute to overall business planning.
• To establish clear metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of testing efforts, driving data-driven decision-making.

To apply for this role, you will need experience in Insurance Domain, Guidewire, and Manual Testing. You'll also require:

• Good knowledge of Guidewires
• Skills in Selenium, Leapwork, WebdriverIO
• Desirable to have automation testing experience.
