The Job Role:
- Guest Services Manager for a private members club
- Overseeing the reception team, ensuring exceptional service
- Big focus on member retentions, ensuring members are fully satisfied with their club experience
- Creating events for members across the calendar year
- This is a fixed term 12 month role with the option to extending at the end.
The Requirements:
- The Guest Services Manager will have experience of managing hospitality teams and driving service standards.
- The Guest Services Manager will have excellent communication skills
- A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to develop their team
- The preferred Guest Services Manager will have experience of dealing with guest queries on a regular basis and be able to resolve issues.
